Hall and Carnival Grounds Rental Information General Policies

1. Renter is responsible for any damage incurred.

2. The New Windsor Fire & Hose Company #1 is not responsible for accidents.

3. Seating Capacity for the Banquet Hall is 275.

4. All events must be finished by mid-night on the day of the rental unless pre-approved by the NWFD Board of Directors.

5. Set-Up 2 hours prior to the event. Prior arrangement may be made with the rental committee with 48 hours notice. Subject to availability.

6. $100.00 Deposit Required at time of booking.

 

 

 

Fee Schedule Windsor Station Banquet Hall

Monday Through Thursday:

Hall Rental $200.00 for 4 hours

Use of Kitchen $100.00 flat rate (If approved caterer is not used.)

Each additional hour $50.00 per hour after the first four

Prices include a 2 hour setup time prior to the event




Friday Through Sunday:

Hall Rental $450.00 for 4 hours

Use of Kitchen $100.00 flat rate (If approved caterer is not used)

Each additional hour $75.00 per hour after the first four hours

Prices include a 2 hour setup time prior to the event
