| At 1209 hours, the Carroll County Haz-Mat Team was dispatched to assist the Reese Fire Department on a serious motor vehicle accident involving a 7,700 gallon tanker of diesel fuel that had rolled over. The first arriving units from Station 9 found a two vehicle collision with a tanker rolled over with a significant diesel fuel leak. Initial crews from Reese, Westminster and Gamber went to work containing the large spill while members of the Haz-Mat team began work to secure the leaks on the tank. Chief 9 (J. Dayton) had the Baltimore Boulevard Command. Units operated on the scene for just over 9 hours.
