Motor Vehicle Collision, Route 31 at the Frederick County Line

At 5:45pm units from the New Windsor Fire Department were dispatched to respond to a motor vehicle collision on Route 31 in the area of Sam's Creek Road. Medic 109 and Engine 102 arrived to find a single vehicle collision with a single patient still in the vehicle. Crews began to treat the patient and remove them from the vehicle. Medic 109 transported to Carroll Hospital Center while Engine 102 remained on the scene to secure the leaking vehicle fluids. The New Windsor Units operated for 30 minutes prior to returning to service.
