The New Windsor Fire Department would like to remind everyone that Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday, November 2, 2015, and you should turn your clocks back one hour at the standard time of 2:00 AM. While you get to enjoy an extra hour of sleep, please do not forget to change the batteries in in your smoke detector.

If you are need of a smoke detector, the New Windsor Fire Department has a limited number of free smoke detectors available to members of the New Windsor Community, who face finical hardship and may be in need.
