Carroll County Teams Up to Support Victims of Hurricane Harvey

Looking for ways to support the victims of Hurricane Harvey Victims. The Carroll County Board of Commissioners, Carroll County Sheriff's Office and Carroll County Department of Public Safety are partnering to raise funds for the victims of Hurricane Harvey. Cash and checks will be accepted. Please make checks payable to any of the following:

- American Red Cross
- The Salvation Army
- Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund of Greater Houston Community Foundation
- United Ways of Texas
- Carroll County Government

Monetary donations of any amount are appreciated and receipts are available. Interested citizens may make monetary donations at the following times and locations:

Thursday, August 31, 2017 and Friday, September 1, 2017 from 0900 AM to 0900 PM

Westminster Town Mall (near Belk parking lot)
Eldersburg Commons (near Walmart parking lot)

The Sheriff's Office and Public Safety Command Center vehicles will be located at each location with staff accepting donations. Checks payable to specific organizations will be forward to those entities. Non-designated monetary donations will be divided equally and sent on behalf of Carroll County, to the charities listed above in the support of Hurricane Harvey victims.

Credit Card donations cannot be accepted at these locations. For additional information please see the attached memo.
