At 12:54hrs the Carroll County Emergency Communications Center dispatched the report of an auto fire in front of the New Windsor Middle School located at 1000 Green Valley Road. E102 arrived to find a pick up truck with fire in the engine and passenger compartment. The fire was knocked down within minutes of arrival and the scene turned over to the Carroll County Sheriff's Office
