Haz Mat Crews to Linboro on the Propane Leak

At 5:30pm Lineboro and Manchester Fire Departments as well as the Carroll County Haz Mat Team was dispatched for the Large Propane Tank Leaking at the Village Inn in the 4200 Block of East Main Street in Lineboro. As the apparatus from Station 7 arrived a perimeter was established and the air was monitored in the area to identify hazard zones. The haz mat team assisted with air monitoring while the propane contractor removed the faulty tank. Crews operated on the scene for 45 minutes prior to returning to service.
