Just after 6:00pm units from Carroll and Frederick Counties were dispatched on Box Alarm 08-05 in the 4400 Block of Priest land Road for a reported car on fire inside of a garage. As units went responding Carroll County's 911 Center advised Chief 8 (C. Green) of the possibility of one subject trapped in the house. Chief 8 arrived to find a Jeep Cherokee fully involved next to a garage with no extension or entrapment. Engine 101 and Engine 81 arrived simultaneously and worked together to extinguish the fire in under 5 minutes. Chief 8 held the assignment with Co. 8 and Engine 101 for mop-up. Engine 101 operated for 20 minutes prior to returning to service.
