New Windsor Volunteer Receives an Award from Dunkin' Donuts

NWFD EMS Lieutenant Tom Kowalczyk has been selected by Dunkin' Donuts to receive their "Thanks to You Community Hero Award" for his commitment and impact he has had to the community. Tom not only volunteers at the New Windsor Fire Department where he currently serves as an EMS Lieutenant but he is also a Sergeant with the Westminster Police Department. He will officially recieve his award on February 7th at a Baltimore area Dunkin' Donuts. Congratualations on your award Tom!
