STTS's Tank Truck Emergency Response Specialist Class Comes to New Windsor

The Carroll County Haz-Mat Team in Conjunction with the Carroll County Office of Emergency Management and Safe Transportation Training Specialists will offer a 24 hour Tank Truck Emergency Response Specialist Class at the New Windsor Fire Department on April 27th through the 29th.

This 24 Hour course covers the topics of tank construction, damage assessment, safety devices, liquid/vapor transfer and cargo tank "emergency management". With an emphasis on hands-on evolutions, STTS brings various cargo tank replicas to allow the students to see and experience what they learn in the classroom. This course is instructed inline with the JPR's of NFPA 472's Cargo Tank Specialist. Class size is limited so reserve your spot today!!
