Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone at anytime! In fact over 400,000 Americans die each year as a result of sudden cardiac arrest. However, you can help and make a difference, and you don't need to be certified. Simply learn "Hands Only CPR". Starting "Hands Only CPR" immediately when a person collapses from sudden cardiac arrest plays a critical factor in determining if that person will survive. "Hands Only CPR" requires that you perform chest compressions till rescuers arrive. There is no mouth to mouth in "Hands Only CPR". Learning the skills of "Hands Only CPR" is easy and only involved three simple steps:

1. Check
2. Call 911
3. Compress "Push Hard and Fast"

Remember that you can not hurt someone, you can only help. Please take the two minutes out of your busy day, watch the video from the American Heart Association and learn these vital skills. It could literally save the life of a stranger, your friend or family member.
