New Windsor Participates in Demolition Derby

On the evening of August 1, 2015, the New Windsor Fire Department entered a car in the annual Carroll County 4-H/FFA Demolition Derby. While Car 10 got knock out of the derby early, all members who participated had a good time. The New Windsor Fire Department would like to congratulate the winner of the demolition derby. In addition to entering a vehicle in the demolition derby, Rescue Engine 102, and a crew 6 volunteers stood by to assist the participates in case they needed extricating from their vehicle.

The New Windsor Fire Department would like to thank Crew Chief Brian Bowers, and all other members who assisted in preparing Car 10 for the Demolition Derby. In addition to that, the New Windsor Fire Department would like to thank Chaz Auto and Barnes Towing for all of their assistance in making Car 10 possible.
