| Community members from around the New Windsor area came to enjoy the start of the 2009 Carnival. While enjoying the warm summer weather, patrons enjoyed the food prepared by the members of the fire department and listening to the music of Bob Plunkert and Real County. Whether it is coming for some food, playing games or riding on the rides the New Windsor Carnival offers a little something for everyone.
