Department to Host "Stop the Bleed" and Community CPR Classes Free to the Public

The New Windsor Fire Department will host several free "Stop the Bleed" and Community CPR Courses to the New Windsor Community during the 2019 Calendar Year. This one day training program is designed to teach both Stop the Bleed as well as a CPR/AED Course and will be held at the Fire Department, in the department's Training Room.

Course size will be initially limited to 15 students per class, with preference given to residence living in the New Windsor Fire Department First Due Area.

Each class is designed to be approximately 6 hours long, with 2 hours dedicated to "Stop the Bleed" and 4 hours dedicated to "CPR/AED".

The 2019 Course Offerings will be held the following days, and will start at 8:00 AM and run till approximately 3:00 PM.

Saturday - January 19, 2019 deadline to sign up January 1, 2019
Saturday - March 23, 2019 deadline to sign up March 1, 2019
Saturday - May 11, 2019 deadline to sign up May 1, 2019
Saturday - September 14, 2019 deadline to sign up September 1, 2019
Saturday - November 9, 2019 deadline to sign up November 1, 2019
