On Saturday November 22, 2020, Winfield Community Volunteer Fire Company hosted a drive by parade for one of their memebers, Keith Phillips. Keith wasn't just a member at Winfield Community Volunteer Fire Company, he also worked at multiple departments around Carroll County. Keith was also a employee at the Carroll County Emergency Comminucation Center( aslo known as 911 center). Units from all over Carroll County, a few stations from Frederick County, Carroll County Sheriffs, and the Department of Public Safety (Emergency Communications/Emergency Management).

Those who are in or know the fire service, know we are all one HUGE family. When we are called upon by our neighbors, brothers & sisters we show up. This was such an amazing turn out showing brotherhood for a very well known member of Carroll County. We couldn't thank Winfield Community Volunteer Fire Company for inviting us to particaiate in this show of love and support. Those who know Keith know he has been faced with some difficult health issues.
