Windsor Station is Back Open for Rentals Starting July 7, 2021

The New Windsor Fire Department will open it's Social Hall for rentals beginning on Wednesday, July 7th, 2021. For additional information concerning Social Hall Rental you can contact Debbie Hossler via e-mail at or by telephone at 410-848-2419. The New Windsor Fire Department has started to use a hall rental calendar, so the public can check to see if the social hall is available, under the rental tab.

Below you will see the current fee schedule for renting out the Windsor Station Social Hall:

Seating Capacity: 400
Rate: $100.00/ 2 hours

Seating Capacity:
Dinner: 275
Dinner w/ dance floor: 240

Event Rates:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays $200.00/4 hours
Additional hours: $50.00 per hour

Friday, Saturday, Sundays: $450.00/4 hours
Additional hours: $75.00 per hour

Local Non-Profit group rate for Bingo: $400.00 per event

Rentals Include: Banquet Tables and Folding Chairs
**Round Tables available, contact NWFD Auxiliary for pricing.

A $100.00 deposit is required to secure rental date for Windsor Station
