| The parade will proceed down Church Street (from Main Street at the 7-11) and make a right onto Main Street, proceed past Frankie's Bar and Grill to Water Street. The parade will end at the New Windsor Carnival Grounds. Handicap Parking is available being "the old Bingo Building" located on the New Windsor Fire Department Carnival Grounds. We look forward to seeing you at the New Windsor Carnival next week. |
