Members from the New Windsor Fire Department, along with members from the Taneytown Fire Department, Pleasent Valley and Community Fire Department, and the Gamber Fire Department came together on Sunday September 17, 2023 to train on water rescue techniques with the Carroll County Dive Team based out of the Gamber Fire Department. The New Windsor Fire Department would like to thank the Union Bridge Fire Department for hosting the training. This training is the third training in a series of trainings for the departments in the second battalion.

Personal Flotation Devices, Dry Suites and Gumby Suites
Basic Boat Operations and Crew Expectation
Basic Water Rescue Techniques
How to Support the Dive Team on Water Rescue Operations
