The carnival takes place on the New Windsor Carnival Grounds, right next to the fire station at 101 High Street, New Windsor, MD.

All proceeds from this event benefit the New Windsor Fire Department. Your support helps fund vital capital projects—including our most recent purchase: a brand-new Seagrave Fire Engine to replace our nearly 20-year-old apparatus.

Please Note: There will be no parade on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, due to declining participation and scheduled roadwork along the route. We appreciate your understanding and will re-evaluate the parade's return in future years.
