Carroll County Emergency Entry Keybox Progrm Overview The Carroll County Emergency Entry Keybox Program allows home and business owners to purchase and install a secure keybox on the exterior of their builidng to allow for immediate access to keys for your building's doors. This means of access prevents costly property damage which results from the fire deparmtnet forcing entry into your property in the event of an emergency when no one is there to let us in. It also allows for the property to be resecured prior to the fire department leaving your property. While participation is voluntary we recommend these systems in the following types of facilities: * Commercial Occupancies * Industrial Facilities * Health Care / Assisted Living Facilities * Multi-Family Residential (Condos, Apartments, Dormatories, Hotels/Motels) * Any building equiped with an automatic fire suprression or detection system * Any other properties as determined by the County's Fire Protection Engineer Approved boxes for general use in Carroll County are manufactured by Supra Products, Inc.
